  Do you like crunchy fried tidbits, or pillowy soft steamed dumplings? In Dim Sum, we learn to make all of the above, plus potstickers! Come and practice making the bite sized foods of the tea-brunch known as Dim Sum or Yum Cha. We will make and eat our work with a delicious sauce.
