She’ll also show you how to use less well-known grains with MEXICAN QUINOA WITH PEPITAS AND CILANTRO. She’ll share shopping tips and cooking tricks and talk about the nutritional values of different grains. You’ll learn how to make MAPLE CINNAMON GRANOLA BARS for a healthy snack. There’s even a dessert featuring grains: APPLE STREUSEL TOPPED PUMPKIN CAKE. These tasty, easy-to-prepare dishes will be all the motivation you need to add whole grains to your kitchen pantry – and your diet.
