I Made Tuscan Kale with White Beans and Green Smoothies on Air

It was a blast to hang with TJ and Kristen and make some delectable greens dishes. We all know we should eat more leafy greens, but sometimes we fall short. In my Tuscan Kale and White Beans, garlic, fresh sage, red pepper flakes and olive oil give the kale a bath in savory flavors, and complement the tender white beans. In the protein-rich almond smoothie, we show how frozen fruit mutes the flavor of the greens, making it more palatable for kids!
Cooking on TV is always fun, especially because I can reach more people with the message about eating more plants.
