I write about real food and everything that goes with it, and the delectable intersection between pure pleasure and vibrant health. Much of my career has been devoted to developing exciting, easy to use recipes.

Culinary Instructor

I have been teaching throughout the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metro area since 1990. I also travel to teach across the country. My popular classes are designed to be fun and freewheeling, even as I educate and inspire people to cook. Depending on the season, I might be sharing a spring-inspired Japanese menu, a Summery Veg Grilling class, a Fall menu brimming with the harvest, or a Wintry foray into comforting whole foods dishes.
