Culinary Instructor and Speaker
I am a very busy teacher and speaker, and passionate about bringing skills, knowledge, and a sense of humor to students across the country. I began teaching cooking classes in Minneapolis in the mid 90’s, and have kept a full schedule of entertaining and delicious classes ever since. I like to mix it up, and teach everything from pizza-making and dim sum to Vegan and gluten-free classes, all with mouth-watering menus and engaging informative lectures.
I also speak to groups, large and small, to spread the word about how delicious and satisfying real foods can be.

I appear on television regularly, cooking on camera and promoting healthy and delicious food.
