In this live, hands on cooking class, Chef Robin Asbell will guide you with cooking tips as well as information on healing foods. At the end, you’ll have three batches of soup to eat all week, supporting your health and happiness.
We’ll start with a Healing Mushroom Stock, infused with healing plants.
We’ll make a Hot and Sour Soup with Tofu, garnished with Nori.
We’ll make a Miso Soup with Edamame and Vegetables.
We’ll Make a Red Lentil Dal with Sweet Potatoes and a Berry Raita on the side.
