Vegan Sushi at Valley Natural Foods

Sushi is made with seasoned rice, and need not involve fish, to be authentic and delicious. Come to this hands on, all-plant-based sushi class, taught by long time sushi instructor Robin Asbell. Learn how to cook and season the rice, slice the fillings, and make nori maki rolls in various shapes. We’ll practice rolling and eat what we make.
