My bi-monthly column, Meatless in Minnesota, appears in the Taste Section of the Star Tribune.

I have written for many national magazines, including Taunton’s Fine Cooking, Better Homes and Gardens, Real Food Magazine, Clean Eating, VegNews, Vegetarian Times, Mother Earth News, and others. I was a regular contributor to the National Coop Grocer’s website, strongertogether.coop, and  I develop recipes for use in store promotional materials. Click here to read my posts.
